Toastmasters teaches us that as a club officers trainer, accepting challenges isn’t a burden but a privilege – a chance to sculpt leaders and foster growth.
Taking on the role of shaping our Toastmasters club’s story as a VPPR, even though I was new at it, let me see things with a new outlook. I learned from each experience and realized the importance of having mentors and a supportive community on the path to becoming a more confident speaker and leader.
